Abstract Submission Guidelines
Please prepare your abstract using the official Word template provided below. The first author must be designated as the presenting author in the submission form.

Page Limit
- Abstracts must not exceed one page and must contain text only.
- Figures, tables, and images are not permitted.
Required Structure
Abstracts must follow the structure below and appear in this order:
- Title
- Author names
- Affiliations
- Abstract text
- References (optional)
- Acknowledgements (optional)
Submission Details
- Upload your abstract as a PDF file generated from the template.
- Select the track that best matches the topic of your contribution.
- The Comments field may be used to provide additional information for the organizers (optional).
Important Note
Abstracts that do not follow the template, exceed the one page limit, or are not submitted as a PDF may be returned to the authors for correction.
